We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible! Since all our products are made-to-order, please review our shipping details below.
1. Shipping Rates
• US and UK Customers: 🎉 Free shipping on all orders!
• International Customers: Shipping costs vary by product and location. Final shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
Each order is custom-made and shipped by our trusted print providers. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
• United Kingdom: 4 – 8 Business days which includes production time. LED wireless charging desk pads take up to 13 Business days.
• United States: 3 – 8 Business days includes production time. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 10 – 20 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
3. Order Tracking
• Most orders include tracking, which will be provided once your order ships.
• If tracking is not available for your order, we will notify you.
4. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us at hello@dodobloom.com and we’ll investigate.
• If the order is lost in transit, we’ll arrange a free replacement.
5. International Shipping & Customs
• Orders shipped outside the UK or US may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
• Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
6. Address Issues
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Dodo Bloom Return & Refund Policy
At Dodo Bloom, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-made products. Since all our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
• Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.
• Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
To request a replacement, please:
• Contact us at hello@dodobloom.com within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos showing the issue.
• Include your order number.
Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
3. Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please reach out. We will investigate and offer a replacement if necessary.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
• If the wrong shipping address was provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
• If the package is returned to the sender, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping costs will apply.
