Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow it right to your door. Most orders include tracking; if yours doesn’t, we’ll let you know.

All products are made-to-order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size/color changes or buyer’s remorse. But if your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number—and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Since everything is printed-to-order, shipping times vary:
- : 4–8 business days (LED desk pads up to 13 days)
- : 3–8 business days (+10–20 days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
- : 10–30 business days
Yes! We offer free shipping to the US and UK. For other countries, shipping rates depend on your location and products, and are calculated at checkout.
Absolutely! Love a design but want to tweak the name, colour, or style? Just message us before placing your order — we’re happy to help with custom requests.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at hello@dodobloom.com and we’ll look into it. If it’s lost in transit, we’ll resend your order free of charge
Orders shipped outside the UK or US may be subject to customs duties or taxes—these depend on your country and are your responsibility. Delays due to customs are unfortunately out of our control.
Please double-check your address when ordering—we can’t refund or replace orders with incorrect address info. If your order gets returned undelivered, we can resend it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
